Adult education in Parenting Schools v. 16

This book attempts to explore Parenting School education through the prism of adult education and counselling psychology. Much attention is given, in particular, to the parameters of adult learners, adult educators and training methods. In particular, the importance of transformative learning in cultivating critical reflection, self-reflection and change in the light of contemporary contexts is highlighted. In addition, relevant research is cited that highlights the value of those factors that constitute quality and effective adult education in Parenting Schools in order for parents to fulfil their demanding and complex role within the family and society.
