Philosophy of Education. Historical Stages from Plato to Dewey

Education, Education, Education. The terms education, education, education are synonymous and refer to the same general phenomenon, although each of them contains some different dimensions or manifestations. We do not intend to deal here with the definition of each term separately, but to point out that all three terms mean some kind of human activity or process, which is related to human development, learning, the acquisition of knowledge and skills, the cultivation and shaping of human characteristics, abilities, qualities and attitudes, and refers primarily, though not exclusively, to children and young people.
