The availability of books is updated with delay and not in real time, and for this reason Afoi Kyriakidi Publications S.A. cannot guarantee the continuous availability of the books.
The Online Bookstore reserves the right to delete a registered member if they no longer wish to receive newsletters, have not logged into their account in the last 12 months, and have never placed an order. This is done to maintain an efficient customer database size. A deleted customer may re-register at any time.
Minor users registering on the company’s e-shop must be supervised by their guardians throughout the registration and transaction process with Afoi Kyriakidi Publications S.A.
The company’s database stores the information entered by users and potential customers. Every user has full access to their own personal data, which is securely protected from third-party access. Each user has the right to request deletion of their data at any time they wish.
The customer may return products purchased from our online store within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
The return process can be carried out via courier services at the customer’s expense, or the customer may deliver the products directly to our store “Afoi Kyriakidi Publications S.A.” at Episkopou Kitrous Nikolaou 4, Thessaloniki, Postal Code 54635. In all cases, the returned product must be in its original condition, preserving its resale value, and if the packaging was sealed, it must remain sealed.
